हिन्दी अनुवाद- ग्रीष्म ऋतु में मुझे प्रातः जागना अच्छा लगता है। जब वृक्ष पर पक्षी चहकते हैं। कहीं दूर से किसी शिकारी के अपनी तुरही बजाने की आवाज़ सुनाई देती है। और स्काईलार्क पक्षी मेरे साथ गाता है। यह समय इन साथियों के सुंदर साथ से भरपूर होता है। परन्तु ग्रीष्म की सुबह स्कूल जाना सारी खुशियों को दूर कर देता है। स्कूल में एक निर्दयी कठोर, थका हुआ अध्यापक बच्चों को पढ़ाता है और उन पर नज़र रखता है। छोटे-छोटे बच्चे आहें भरते हुए, निराशा में अपना दिन व्यतीत करते हैं।
